a. Return Process

    1. Download a Return Form

    2. Complete the Return Form and email back to Zero-Cast Customer Service (sales@zero-cast.com) along with the copy of the invoice for authorization. 

    3.  Once the return is authorized, a Zero-cast Customer Service representative will contact you and provide you a Returned Goods Authorization number and Return Address. 

b. Freight

        Authorized returns are to be shipped freight prepaid. 

c. Merchandise Not Accepted for Return 

    1. Merchandise which is obsolete.

    2. Merchanise which is not under warranty.
